Surgical Technology Program

Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and surgical personnel.

Introduction:

Surgical technologists are responsible for preparing the operating room, selecting and opening sterile instruments. Training includes assembling, adjusting, and checking non-sterile equipment. Completion of the surgical technologist program is approximately one year.
